Chestatee Ridge Annual Dues Payment

 

You can now pay your annual dues online. Click the "Next Step" button below and you will be taken to the subdivision’s secure PayPal page.

 

If you already have a PayPal account you may use it to make your payment.  If you do not currently use Paypal, you can also use the link to set up an account.  If you do not wish to set up a Paypal account and would still like to use your credit or debit card to pay dues, please send an email to board@chestateeridgehoa.com requesting an invoice.  Instructions will be provided on the invoice detailing how you can pay your dues using your credit or debit card

Paypal is an easy way to pay your annual HOA dues online. Your annual dues invoice will be mailed out in May, dues are due by June 30 2025, late fees apply to all payments made after June 30, 2025.

Please be sure if you are using paypal that you are including the merchent fees in your total, you will be rebilled for these if you don't.  Due to tree and fence damage we have incurred to our detention pond, we are adding a special assessment fee of $50 to cover repair costs. 

2025/2026 annual dues: $144.70

2025 Special assessment: $50.00

Paypal fees: $6.80

Total: $201.50
